How we check
We do not rate providers and we do not say whether a treatment works. We confirm a fixed set of facts, publish what we confirmed, and publish what we could not.
What a failed check means
It means we could not confirm that fact — not that the provider is poor. A clinic that does not publish prices may still be excellent. We publish the gap so you know what to ask about.
What we do not do
We do not assess clinical quality, we do not recommend treatments, and nothing on this site is individual medical advice. Our editorial work has medical oversight from a specialist in neurology, which informs which facts we check — not a judgement about your care.
Paid placement
Some providers pay for placement, and some links earn us a commission. Both are labelled wherever they appear. Neither is available as a way to change a verification result.
Keeping listings current
Every listing carries the date it was last checked. Providers can claim their listing and update their own facts; the assessment and the verification record stay with our editors.
